The Louisville football staff’s recruiting momentum has carried well into the month of June as they’ve now added commitment number 18 from the 2021 class.

Jackson Hamilton, a three star, linebacker from Roswell, GA., announced his college decision on Tuesday morning.

The 6-foot-1, 205-pound prospect chose Louisville over Florida State, Boston College, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri, Vanderbilt and West Virginia, among others.

Hamilton is ranked as the 60th best linebacker from the 2021 class according to the 247Sports composite rankings.

In 2019, Hamilton totaled 66 tackles, 9.0 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, three pass breakups, one interception, and one forced fumble for Blessed Trinity Catholic High School.

He is the fourth Georgia native to commit to the Cards from the 2021 class.
