According to a couple of different sources, Wake Forest transfer Tony Woods is reconsidering his future at Louisville.
Woods was dismissed from the Wake Forest last year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor count of assault on a female and received a suspended sentence of 60 days in jail, plus community service. Woods reportedly pushed the mother of his infant son, causing her to fracture her spine.
Despite minimal impact in his two-year career at Wake Forest, there were a number of schools that were interested in Woods’s services. However, the then recent hire of Tim Fuller eventually gave the Cardinals the edge. Since Tim Fuller left Louisville last week, the word is that Woods may be reconsidering his future at Louisville.
The departure of Tim Fuller could certainly shake up some things around here.<
