FootballScoop.com reports that Scott Satterfield will soon make it official with another assistant coach.
Norval McKenzie will reportedly join the Louisville staff as the running backs coach.
McKenzie spent the past three seasons at Arkansas State where he coached special teams and running backs.
Prior to joining the staff at Arkansas State, McKenzie spent five years at Furman where he had a variety of roles, including running backs coach, special teams coordinator and recruiting coordinator.
McKenzie was a Broyles Award nominee in 2018, which is given annually to the best assistant coach in college football.
Once this becomes official, the wide receivers coach will be the only vacant position on Satterfield’s staff.<
