Rutgers Coach Greg Schiano Working On a Deal With The Tampa Bay Bucs

Rutgers football coach Greg Schiano is reportedly working on a deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers that will make him their next head coach. Schiano has been at Rutgers since 2001.

This is just another sign that from a football standpoint, the Big East is falling apart. Schiano is the currently the longest tenured football coach in the conference. If Schiano does in fact leave Rutgers, Charlie Strong will be tied with Butch Jones and Skip Holtz as the longest tenured coaches in the current Big East conference. Schools are leaving and coaches are bailing. Saying that this league is on its last leg is an understatement.
