Yeast was one of the top signees for Louisville’s 2017 class. The Indiana native was rated as a four-star prospect and chose the Cards over offers from Alabama, Auburn, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Nebraska and Ole Miss, among others.
As a true freshman Yeast played in 12 games, but he’s barely seen the field in 2018. Per the UofL website, the former U.S. Army All American hasn’t had a tackle since the Virginia game in late September.
In the past week Bobby Petrino has lost two players to transfer and had three members of their 2019 recruiting class decommit.<
