The red team led by starting quarterback Jawon Pass had too much offensive fire power for the white team in the annual Louisville football spring game.
Pass threw for 342 yards and three touchdowns leading the red team to a 42-13 victory.
Wide recevier Dez Fitzpatrick and tight end Micky Crum were Pass’ top two targets each finishing with eight receptions. Fitzpatrick had 147 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
Freshman receiver TuTu Atwell was productive with six catches for 73 yards. Tobias Little led the way on the ground with 73 rushing yards.
For the white team it was redshirt freshman Malik Cunningham leading the offense. Cunningham was 13-of-16 passing for 99 yards and one touchdown. He was the leading rusher for the white team with 52 yards on eight carries.
Junior receiver Seth Dawkins was Cunningham’s top target with six catches for 92 yards and a touchdown.
