For the second time in the past two months, Seneca defensive tackle Tyrone Pearson has backed out of a verbal committment to Louisville.
Pearson is a member of the 2012 class and spent his first three years of high school at Seneca here in Louisville. However, according to Jody Demling of the Courier-Journal, Pearson has in fact left the city of Louisville. He told the Courier-Journal this weekend that he plans to spend his senior season at Indianapolis Warren Central.
Quotes From Pearson
“My mom . . . she made me decommit and focus on my books and focus on them and football second,” Pearson said. “I can’t be committed to a school until I am eligible to go to college.”
