Louisville’s Myisha Hines Allen officially became a pro on Thursday night.
Hines-Allen was selected in the first round with the 19th overall by the Washington Mystics in the WNBA draft. She’s the sixth player in program history to be drafted.
The New Jersey native has been a part of more wins than any other player in the history of the Louisville women’s basketball program.
Hines-Allen is all time ACC leader in double-double’s with 45. She is the only player in program history to score more than 2,000 points and grab more than 1,000 rebounds.
In Washington she’ll be reuniting with former teammate Asia Taylor.
