Former Louisville rim-rocker Montrezl Harrell inked his second NBA contract over the weekend.
Harrell has re-signed with the Los Angeles Clippers. The deal for two years, $12 million.
The Clippers acquired Harrell from the Rockets as part of the trade that sent Chris Paul to Houston last summer.
Harrell was effective role player in his debut season in L.A., averaging 11 points and four rebounds in 76 games.
He was just the second player in NBA history to average more than 10 points in fewer than 18 minutes a game.
Per Basketball Reference, his numbers balanced out to 31.4 points, 11.5 rebounds and 2.0 blocks per 100 possessions<
