Oliver had previously been committed to Georgia, but decided to reopen his recruitment following his junior season.
The 6-foot-2, 190 pound, defensive back chose Louisville over offers from Arkansas, Colorado, Duke, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, NC State, Oklahoma, Tennessee and West Virginia, among others.
Oliver joins three-star offensive tackle Aaron Gunn and three star defensive end Victoine Brown to form Louisville’s three man 2021 recruiting class.<
