Scott Satterfield and the Louisville staff landed their second commitment of the weekend on Sunday afternoon.
Zay Peterson, a three-star, safety from Clayton, North Carolina, verbally committed to Louisville following an official visit to the school.
He made the decision public via his Twitter account.

Peterson is Louisville’s fifth commitment from the 2020 class. He chose the Cards over offers from Colorado, Pitt, Rutgers, Syracuse, and UCF, among others.
247Sports rates Peterson as a three-star prospect and considers to be one of the top 50 safeties in the 2020 class.<
