The graduate transfer market isn’t the only area that Chris Mack and his staff are keeping an eye on when it comes to filling out the 2018-19 roster.

Louisville is one of many high level schools expressing interest in MaCio Teague, a transfer from UNC Asheville. The 6-foot-2 guard will have to sit next season, but will have two seasons of eligibility left starting in 2019-20.

Teague scored more than 1,000 points in just two seasons at UNC-Asheville. He was Big South Freshman of the Year in 2017 and averaged 16.2 points as a sophomore. Teague shot 44% from three-point range in his two seasons in Asheville.

The Cincinnati native is being pursued by Louisville, Ohio State, Virginia and Xavier.

Chris Mack reportedly met with Teague over the weekend.
