Despite having three more years of high school football left before heading to the college ranks, one of the top young pass rushers in the state of Florida has decided where he’ll continue his career.

LaTarie Kinsler, Jr, a 6-foot-4, 200-pound, defensive end from the 2020 class verbally committed to Bobby Petrino and the Louisville Cardinals on Tuesday afternoon.

The Pahokee, Florida, native had a monster freshman season in 2016 with 23 sacks and three forced fumbles. Kinsler Jr. doesn’t have a long list of offers just yet, considering he’s only played one season of high school football, but that’ll likely change soon. Florida State and Florida have already expressed interest.

Kinsler Jr. is Louisville first commitment from the 2020 class.
