On Sunday evening the Louisville Cardinal football program lost their second commitment of the week. Ben Hutch, a three-star defensive tackle from Nashville, Tennessee, announced via his Twitter account that he’d flipped his commitment from Louisville to Cincinnati.

Hutch committed to Louisville in December, but after a recent official visit Cincinnati he changed his mind. It’s unclear as to why Hutch decided to flip, but fortunately for Bobby Petrino and his staff, they received good news on Monday afternoon.
Toryque Bateman, a 6-foot-8, 305-pound, offensive lineman from Gadsden City, Alabama, announced his commitment to Louisville through a special production from AL.com.
Bateman is rated as a four-star prospect by ESPN and he chose the Cards over offers from Miami, Michigan, Mississippi St., Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia Tech and Wisconsin.
