Louisville Commit Bryce Hopkins Having A Monster Junior Season

Chris Mack and his staff are off to a solid start with their 2021 recruiting class.

Despite having two years of high school basketball left, Chicago native Bryce Hopkins decided that Louisville is where he wanted to play in college prior to his junior season.

Hopkins gave Chris Mack’s staff a verbal commitment in early November following an official visit to campus. At that time, he had offers from Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas, Louisville, Nebraska, Northwestern, Missouri, Minnesota, Ohio State, Texas, Wisconsin and Xavier, among others.

The future Cardinal is off to a sensational junior season for Fenwick High School. Hopkins is averaging 24.5 points, nine rebounds, three assists and two steals a game.
