Following an official visit to the University of Louisville, Christian Cunningham has given Scott Satterfield’s staff a verbal commitment.
Christian is the younger brother of current Cardinal star receiver Dez Fitzpatrick.
The younger Fitzpatrick announced his commitment via Twitter on Sunday evening.

I will be enrolling in January at the University Of Louisville to continue my education and football career. The chance to play for a great coaching staff, great program, and to play with my older brother is something I couldn’t pass up! pic.twitter.com/2lr5Vgg0Rd

Christian gave Mike Leach at Washington State a verbal commitment over the summer, but decided to reopen his recruitment last week just days before making the trip to Louisville.
Fitzpatrick chose the Cards over power five offers from Boston College, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Iowa State, Louisville, Oregon, Penn State, Purdue, Syracuse Washington State, and West Virginia.
Rivals rates Fitzpatrick as a four-star prospect.
Midway thought his junior season big bro Dez is 7th all time at Louisville with 17 touchdown receptions. He recently became the first Louisville receiver since DeVante Parker to have 100+ receiving yards in three straight games.<
