We haven’t heard much about the former Cardinals that have been getting their first taste of NFL preseason football over the past few months. Surprisingly, UofL had just two guys taken in the 2017 draft, but more than ten signed free agent contracts.
Former Cardinal safety Josh Harvey-Clemons was taken in the seventh round, which means he needs to impress throughout the preseason in order to make the roster.
During Thursday night’s preseason finale win over the Buccaneers Harvey-Clemons picked off a deep tipped pass over the middle and returned it 41 yards for the touchdown.

With the regular season just a week away, I’d say Harvey-Clemons will likely end up being a practice squad player for the Redskins as a rookie.
