The Michigan Wolverines had plenty of reason to be confident as they entered Tuesday night’s match-up with the top ranked Louisville Cardinals.
Michigan entered the game as the hottest and most proven team in college basketball after knocking off two top ten teams and winning the Battle 4 Atlantis.
I suppose the momentum from the Bahamas made Michigan point guard David DeJulius a little over confident.
You think Michigan is confident?

I’ll admit, I wasn’t 100% sure what wanting all the smoke means so I had to check Urban Dictionary.
The message was received by Jordan Nwora and his teammates. Fortunately, they were able to provide exactly what Michigan wanted.

Jeff Capel and the Pittsburgh Panthers enter tonight’s game as 15 point underdogs and don’t have nearly as much confidence as Michigan had against college basketball’s top ranked team.
During an interview with Packer & Durham on the ACC Network Thursday morning Capel made it clear he and his team do not want any smoke.
“I’ll tell you what, you won’t hear us talking about wanting any smoke,” Capel said. “We just want to come up there and play. They’re not going to have that from us. I saw Nwora’s interview after the game and he was saying the Michigan guys said they wanted the smoke, well we just want to come play a game, man.”
Wise decision, Jeff.<
