The Louisville football program will be hit hard by graduation this year and have already lost a few players to the NFL, but fortunately they’ll bring back the team’s leading receiver from the 2017 season.
Junior receiver Jaylen Smith announced on Thursday afternoon that he will return to school for his senior season.

Smith has been a contributor for the Louisville offense since his freshman year. He had his best season in 2017 with 60 receptions for 980 yards and seven touchdowns. Smith led the team in receptions and receiving yards, despite missing three games with a wrist injury.
