Highlights From Scott Satterfield’s Playing Days Have Surfaced & You Need To See Them

Louisville’s Scott Satterfield made a name for himself as a football player before making it as a football coach.

Long before he became the head coach at Appalachian State, Satterfield was the program’s starting quarterback in 27 games from 1992-95.

As a senior, Satterfield earned first-team all-conference honors passing for 1,461 yards and rushing for 649 more to help lead the Mountaineers to the only undefeated, untied regular season in school history (11-0) and a 12-1 final record.

Thanks to the @AppStateNeers Twitter account, highlights from Satterfield’s playing days have surfaced.
