Chris Mack and his staff are still finishing up their 2020 recruiting class, but that doesn’t mean they’re not already working on the 2021 class.
Bryce Hopkins, a four-star forward from the Chicago area was one of the first recruits from the 2021 class to land a scholarship offer from Chris Mack.
Jody Demling of Cardinal Authority reports that Hopkins will take an official visit to Louisville this weekend. Hopkins was in Louisville in Sept. for an unofficial visit where he picked up the offer.
Per the 247Sports recruiting database, Hopkins is one of ten players from the 2021 class that has a scholarship offer from Louisville.
Hopkins has offers from Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas, Louisville, Nebraska, Northwestern, Missouri, Minnesota, Ohio State, Texas, Wisconsin and Xavier, among others.
I’d say Hopkins isn’t close to making a college decision considering he still has another year of high school left, but he’s certainly a name to keep an eye on.<
