A group of former Louisville men’s basketball players will fill a lawsuit against the NCAA after the organization ruled that the school was to vacate the 2012 Final Four season, the 2013 National Championship season, along with many other wins.

Luke Hancock and Tim Henderson are the two known players moving forward with the lawsuit, however others are believed to be involved.

Per the Courier-Journal, Henderson and Hancock, along with lawyers from Morgan and Morgan, will hold a press conference at 11 a.m. Wednesday for a formal announcement.

This is the second lawsuit filed against the NCAA due to the penalties assessed to UofL.  A group of local boosters moved forward with their own lawsuit in March.
