Former Louisville receiver Eli Rogers will return to Pittsburgh for the 2018 season.
Feels great to have this process over with. I’m grateful to be back for another year in Black and Gold. Now let’s make a run to this Super Bowl.

Rogers has been with the Steelers since graduating from Louisville in 2015. After going undrafted the Miami native signed a three-year contract with Pittsburgh and has been productive when healthy.
Rogers missed his entire rookie season with a foot injury, but had a breakout year in 2016, catching 48 passes for 594 yards and three touchdowns. Last season he was bypassed on the depth chart by JuJu Smith-Schuster and recorded just 18 receptions for 149 yards and a touchdown.
The former Cardinal suffered a torn ACL in Pittsburgh’s playoff loss to Jacksonville in January. The injury resulted in Pittsburgh declining to re-sign him in the spring and becoming a free agent.
Rogers was cleared by doctors earlier this week, which led to interest from a handful of teams, including the one that signed him as an undrafted free agent three years ago.<
