After missing out on a few quarterbacks over the past few months, Scott Satterfield and his staff have landed their signal caller from the 2021 recruiting class.
T.J. Lewis, a 6-foot-4, dual-threat, quarterback from Brunswick, Georgia, announced his verbal commitment to the Cards on Saturday afternoon.

Lewis chose Louisville over Central Florida, Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech, and Coastal Carolina. He also held offers from Boston College, Cincinnati, Northwestern, Georgia State, and Georgia Southern.
The Georgia native is rated as a three-star prospect by 247Sports.
Lewis has never visited the Louisville campus due to the pandemic, but has been a top target of the Cardinal staff since landing a scholarship offer in the middle of May.
Louisville now has a total of 22 commitments from the 2021 class. 247Sports ranks the Cardinal class as the 20th best in the country.<
