One of Scott Satterfield’s top offensive weapons will return for the 2020 season.
Wide receiver Dez Fitzpatrick has announced that he’ll return to Louisville for his final season of eligibility.

Fitzpatrick generated some draft buzz earlier this season after getting off to a great start. It’s tough to know exactly what Dez’s draft stock looks like, but had he decided to turn pro I imagine he would’ve been drafted.
The 6-foot-4 deep threat has NFL talent and could really improve his draft position with a monster senior season.
In his first three seasons Fitzpatrick has over 1,700 receiving yards and 18 touchdowns. The Michigan native averaged a career high 18.1 yards per catch in 2019.
Dez is currently tied for sixth with Deion Branch for the most touchdown catches in school history. The program record is 33 and is held by Devante Parker and Ibn Green.
Fitzpatrick’s younger brother, Christian, recently signed with Louisville and is an early enrollee.<
