Louisville’s Dez Fitzpatrick is headed to the Reese’s Senior Bowl.
The senior wide receiver officially accepted his invitation earlier this week.
The Michigan native was an impact player for the Cards since stepping on campus in 2016.
As a redshirt freshman in 2017, Fitzpatrick caught 45 passes for 699 yards and nine touchdowns. In 2018, he caught 31 passes for 422 yards and three touchdowns. As a junior he finished with 35 catches for 635 yards and six touchdowns. in his final season with the Cards, Fitzpatrick had 43 receptions and a team high 833 yards, while averaging 19.37 yards a reception.
The Reese’s Senior Bowl will give Dez a chance to show NFL personnel what he can do. The game will be played at Hancock Whitney Stadium in Mobile, Ala., on January 30. Kickoff is at 2:30 pm and the NFL Network will provide the television broadcast.<
