5-star point guard Tyler Ennis had originally planned on taking an unofficial visit to Louisville on Wednesday night for the South Florida game. Unfortunately, due to his school schedule, Ennis has postponed the visit.  In a recent interview with Adam Zagoria of ZagsBlog.com, Ennis’ father and AAU coach, Tony McIntyre, says despite not making the visit, Louisville is still definitely in the picture. “It’s definitely somewhere we do want to look. The history with Rick Pitino and the coaching staff and Louisville as a whole is a very good place to play,” McIntyre told Zagoria. Ennis has already made visits to both Syracuse and Arizona. Georgia Tech is also in the picture and could possibly receive a visit from Ennis.

Rivals, Scout, and ESPN all consider Ennis to be one of the top five point guards in the 2013 class. He can play both guard positions, but fits better at the point. He’s a pure scorer who can finish in transition and has a consistent jumper with range to about 22-feet. I really hope the Cards can get him on campus sometime soon. Adding Ennis to the 2013 class would be huge.
