The Louisville native wasn’t selected in the 2013 NFL Draft, but later signed a free agent contract with the Texans. Kupper has seen signification action during Houston’s preseason games.
Kupper joined the Louisville program as a walk-on in 2008. He started 26 games in his career and spent time at every position on the offensive line. He was an All Big East selection in 2013 spending most of the season at left tackle.
Charlie Strong called Kupper the best offensive lineman on Louisville’s 2013 Sugar Bowl Championship team.
