Notre Dame will be without 6-foot-7 freshman forward Cameron Biedscheid on Saturday when they travel to Louisville to take on the No. 6 ranked Cardinals.
In Tuesday night’s game between Notre Dame and St. John’s, Biedscheid was ejected for fighting with St. John’s Sir’Dominic Pointer with less than two minutes left in the game.
As Notre Dame senior Jack Cooley was leaving the court for his final home game at Notre Dame, a fight between Biedscheid and Pointer broke out and escalated very quickly.
Although from the video footage below it looks as if Pointer started the fight, both players are expected to be suspended, due to Big East rules. It’s an automatic one game suspension if you’re ejected for fighting.
Biedschein isn’t a starter, but is one of the first guys off of the bench for Mike Bray’s team. He scores 6.7 points in 17 minutes per game. Biedschein scored 14-points against Louisville in Notre Dame’s five overtime win over the Cardinals

Pointer was thug we we played them too. I remember a certain shove he delivered in that game. It sounds like Lavin needs to send him packing.
