Louisville quarterback Teddy Bridgewater was honored last night at the annual Paul Hornung award banquet and was given the Howard Schnellenberger MVP award. You may notice a slight different in Bridgewater’s appearance. Following Louisville’s Sugar Bowl win, Teddy had oral surgery to have his jaw moved up one inch.
Bridgewater was also given a personalized Louisville Slugger bat and a key to the city by Louisville mayor Greg Fischer. Louisville offensive coordinator Shawn Watson welcomed Bridgewater at the banquet and former Louisville head coach Howard Schnellenberger presented him with the personalized slugger bat.

It is great to be a fan. The trip to Sugar Bowl was my best sports experience ever. The Big Easy was a perfect place to spend New Years and the CARDS game us the best gift. Looking forward to hopefully adding some teams to our schedule.
