It’s been a solid past few days for future Louisville guard Terry Rozier. Just three days after scoring a school record 68-points at the Louisville High School Hoopfest, Rozier was rewarded with a significant climb in Scout.com’s class of 2013 Top 100 rankings.
Three days after scoring the astonishing 68-points, Rozier climbed 68 spots in Scout’s top 100. He is now ranked 15th in the country for the 2013 class and is rated as a 5-star prospect.
If Rozier stays put in the rankings, he’ll be one of the highest rated recruits to ever sign with Rick Pitino at Louisville. At his national signing day press conference, Pitino made it very clear that he thought Rozier was one of the best players in the country. Apparently the man knows what he is talking about.
Rozier was initially supposed to be a part of Louisville’s 2012 class, but had to attend post-graduate school at Hargrave Military academy for one year due to academic issues. This has turned out to be a huge blessing in disguise for Rozier.
Anton Gill, a fellow class of 2013 Louisville signee and teammate of Rozier’s at Hargrave also made Scout’s updated rankings, coming in at No. 46.

I really hope grades and everything else works out for this guy coming to louisville. I’ve seen a lot of lit/derby city classics /McDonald allamerican games and have never been impressed like the 68pt take over I seen last Saturday. I’m very eager to see how Jones.Rozier.Gill.Smith.Ware. earn spots at pg or sg next year. Rozier is a scorer. I’m just Glad Gill and Rozier are taller than 5’9 honestly…….
