4-Star Defensive Tackle Switches Commitment From West Virginia To Louisville

richardson 2Charlie Strong took no time off after winning the Sugar Bowl on Wednesday night. Strong hit the recruiting trail yesterday morning and has already picked up a commitment less than 48 hours after the biggest win in program history.

De’Asian Richardson, a 4-star defensive tackle from Orange Park, Fla., has switched his verbal commitment from West Virginia to Louisville.

Richardson made the decision earlier this afternoon, Jason Higdon of Fox Sports Next Reports. He had verbally committed to West Virginia in October of 2012.

Richardson also had offers from Alabama, Auburn, Arkansas, Florida State, South Carolina, Penn State, Oklahoma and Missouri.
