Former Louisville star Terrence Williams is making the most of his current situation. Unfortunately for T-Will, he found himself out of the NBA just a few years after being a lottery pick. He is now a member of the Guangdong Southern Tigers of the Chinese Basketball Association.
In nine games for the Tigers this season, Williams is averaging 22 points and 4 assists in 31 minutes per game. Here are some highlights.
When Guangdong’s season ends in March, Williams will have the option to sign a prorated deal with an NBA team and be playoff eligible. Let’s hope T-Will uses his time in China as a learning experience.

So that’s what “Terrence Williams” looks like in Chinese! I assume that’s what was on the back of his jersey.
What a shame. So much talent being wasted abroad. One day when he is on a fixed income, he will look back and realize how much he wasted his talents and ultimately his life. I always thought he was smarter than that. But hey, I really never knew the man.
