The 2012-13 USA Today College Basketball Preseason Coaches Poll was released earlier this afternoon. Rick Pitino and the Louisville Cardinals came in at No. 2. This is Louisville highest preseason ranking in the coaches poll since Pitino has been the head coach.
I’ve always made it pretty clear that I’m not a fan of the coaches poll, but with Louisville at No 2, it’s slightly growing on me.
