Skip Holtz and the South Florida Bulls’ rough season likely won’t be getting better anytime soon. Not to overlook USF as if there is no possible way that they can beat Louisville on Saturday, but when you look at how both teams have played recently, this is a terrible match-up for the Bulls.
Louisville’s running back duo of Senorise Perry and Jeremy Wright are ranked first and second in the Big East in rushing touchdowns. South Florida’s rushing defense is ranked dead last in the Big East and is giving up 173 yards per game. If you’re already having trouble stopping the run, going on the road and having to go up against Perry and Wright will likely only make matters worse.
