Big man Cliff Alexander, one of the top overall prospects in the 2014 class is hinting at a potential visit to Louisville for the Red-White game, via his Twitter account.
Alexander, a 6-foot-9 230-pound 5-star prospect from Chicago is rated as the second best center in the 2014 class. He will be visiting Kentucky on Friday evening for their Big Blue Madness and has mentioned on Twitter that he may accompany fellow 2014 recruit JaQuan Lyle on Saturday to Louisville. Lyle will also visit Kentucky on Friday and head to Louisville on Saturday.
Louisville offered Alexander a scholarship last November. Kentucky, Michigan State, DePaul, Florida State, Illinois, Indiana, Memphis, Michigan, Ohio State, Purdue, Tennessee and Wisconsin have also offered.
Nothing concrete about this visit, but it’s definitely something to keep an eye on. It’s a big deal anytime you can bring one of the top overall players in the country to campus.
