According to Steve Jones of the Courier-Journal, Louisville assistant Wyking Jones will pay a visit to Moses Kingsley, a 6-foot-9 225-pound center at Huntington Prep on Sunday. September 9th, which is the first day coaches can make in-person contact with recruits.
Kingsley, a 4-star prospect has had Louisville near the top of his list for quite some time. He’s held a scholarship offer from the Cards since last season. I thought the addition of Mangok Mathiang could affect Louisville’s involvement with Kingsley, but apparently not.
Louisville won’t be alone for the visit on Sunday, as coaches from Illinois and North Carolina State will also be in attendance at Huntington.
Louisville, Arkansas, Florida and North Carolina State appear to be the top four schools for Kingsley. He will take an official visit to Fayetteville on Sept. 15 for Arkansas football game against Alabama.
Rob Fulford, the head coach at Huntington Prep told Jones of the Courier-Journal that Rick Pitino might make a stop in Huntington on Tuesday to see Kingsley.
