Jerlarius Watkins, a 5-foot-11 205-pound receiver from Sanford, FL., says Louisville is currently his favorite school. Watkins also lists Utah State and Marshall.

The class of 2013 prospect had a terrific start to his junior season in 2011 before suffering a torn MCL. Watkins had a total of 10 touchdowns in just games last season. Louisville was one of the first BCS schools to offer him a scholarship. Watkins plays on both sides of the ball at Seminole High School and is projected as an athlete prospect.

Watkins’ injury last season slightly slowed down his recruitment, but Memphis, Purdue, FIU, Kent State and South Alabama have offered scholarships.
