According to WolfPackInsider.com, Anthony “Cat” Barber, a 5-star point guard from Hampton, VA., will visit Louisville in early September. Barber will take an official visit to North Carolina State September 1-3 and then make a trip to Louisville the following weekend of September 7-9.
The 5-foot-10 point guard named Louisville, Alabama and Kansas as his top three in July, but Mark Gottfriend and N.C. State have apparently made a late push and are now also in consideration.
Barber is one of the many point guards in the 2013 class that is being recruiting by Louisville. Scout.com ranks him as the #3 point guard in the country.
