Don’t Miss Today’s Open Football Practice

The first two practices of the season for the Louisville football team will be open to the public on the practice fields next to Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium. The first practice will begin today at 5:45 PM. The second practice will take place tomorrow morning at 11:30 AM.  The average attendance for the open practice has increased each year since Charlie Strong has been at Louisville. Let’s keep that trend going and show the team how excited we are about this season.

Also, the Louisville football Fan Day has been slated for Sunday, Aug. 12, on the concourse of Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium from noon to 2:30 p.m. Gates for the event will open at noon with an autograph session. Charlie Strong, the coaching staff and the players will sign autographs on the concourse. The offensive players will be on the East side of the stadium with the defense sitting at the closed end of the stadium at Gate 4. Due to limited amount of time, no photos with the players will be allowed this year.
