Video: Anthony “Cat” Barber Highlights

Anthony “Cat” Barber is still somewhat of a fresh name for Louisville fans. Barber, a 5-star point guard from Hampton, VA., wasn’t initially mentioned as one of Louisville’s top targets earlier in the summer. However, Kevin Keatts’ hard work has paid off. Barber now has Louisville in his top three, along with Alabama and Kansas. Barber is a gifted athlete that can score in many different ways.

Barber is AAU teammates with, Troy Williams, a 5-star forward who is also being pursued by Louisville. Barber and Williams have publicly said they would consider playing together in college and both have offers from Louisville. Rick Pitino was in Washington D.C. over the weekend watching Barber perform in the Nike Global Challenge.
