On January 7th, the Louisville football program could find itself in some familiar territory on national television. Last January, shortly after the first half of the U.S. Army All-American Bowl game Louisville received commitments from Gerod Holliman and Andrew Johnson. For this years All-American game, the Cardinals are hoping to have a similar feat with four star Miami Norland linebacker Keith Brown and four star Charlotte (N.C) linebacker Nick Dawson.
The 6′-1″ 225-pound Brown announced that he will be making his final college decision during the telecast of this years U.S. Army All-America Bowl. That decision will be made between Louisville, Miami & Illinois. Brown at one time throughout the recruiting process has been committed to both Miami and Illinois. Brown’s existing relationships with current Louisville players Teddy Bridgewater, Michaelee Harris, Eli Rogers & Corvin Lamb should bode well for the Cardinals. Even more so the playing time that Bridgewater, Harris & and Rogers received as freshman.
